Privacy notice
How we handle inquiry and attribution information
This notice covers information processing associated with public-site inquiry forms, campaign attribution and traffic analytics. It does not invent an unconfirmed address, responsible person or legal jurisdiction.
Only inquiry and attribution information is collected
Analytics services load according to site configuration
Data requests can be made through the primary Telegram contact
Information collected by the inquiry form
When the site's inquiry form is available and you voluntarily submit an integration inquiry, the form collects information needed to process it:
- Business type, compliance status, payment requirements, estimated monthly volume and whether an API is required.
- Preferred contact method, Telegram username or email address, and any additional details you choose to provide.
- Page language, source path, consent status, and the server-recorded consent time and privacy-notice version (current version: 2026-07-29).
- UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content parameters, plus advertising attribution identifiers such as gclid, gbraid and wbraid when those parameters are present.
Purposes of processing
- Respond to inquiries, understand business, compliance and technical requirements, and identify the relevant channel and integration direction.
- Arrange integration discussions, follow up on inquiry status and retain necessary communication records.
- Measure valid inquiries generated by pages and campaigns, and investigate failed submissions, abuse or security issues.
- No identity documents are required for an initial inquiry. The form does not ask for an ID card, passport, business registration certificate, copies or photos of those documents, an account password, verification code, private key or API key. Do not submit them voluntarily.
Technical services and analytics processing
Inquiry data is submitted through the site API and processed and stored using data services provided by Supabase. When the corresponding identifiers are configured, the site may load Google Analytics, Google Ads and Baidu Analytics for traffic analysis, source attribution and valid-inquiry measurement. UTM and advertising-click identifiers may also be held temporarily in the current browser session so they can be recorded with an inquiry.
These services may process device, network, visit and event information under their own rules. Whether a particular analytics service is loaded depends on the site's configuration at the time and your browser settings.
Access and security
- Access to inquiry records should be limited to people who need it to process inquiries, maintain the system or perform compliance duties.
- We use access controls, server-side validation and appropriate technical measures to reduce unauthorized access, alteration and abuse, but internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed absolutely secure.
- Submit only the business and technical information needed for an initial assessment. This site does not collect original identity documents or images of them; do not send them through the form, email or Telegram.
Suggested retention
The default retention period for inquiries that do not proceed is 12 months from the last meaningful interaction, for follow-up, attribution checks and duplicate-inquiry identification. After the corresponding database retention controls are enabled, a controlled server-only cleanup can be run only for expired records that were never qualified or converted and remain new, contacted or disqualified; the database migration itself does not delete historical inquiries. Qualified leads, customer records and justified security, compliance or dispute-handling exceptions require separate review.
Access, correction and deletion
You may use the primary Telegram contact shown on this site to request access to, correction of or deletion of information submitted through the inquiry form. To avoid disclosing data to an unrelated person, we may first verify the contact method used in the original inquiry or other necessary information.
Submit your requirements
For an access, correction or deletion request, use the contact method from the original inquiry and provide the approximate submission date.
